Human Rights Observer in collaboration with its parent organization Human Rights Foundation maintaining a web page at the URL to securely gather information and digitally verifiable evidences about ongoing or past human rights violations.

All submission is anonymous!


Only those reports, articles and media are allowed to be published at Human Rights Observer which are sent in the correct and secure process!


If there is any doubt about the validity of a submission Human Rights Observer may seek assistance from the Human Rights Agency to investigate and verify the submitted material which in some cases may also requires local volunteers to mobilize on the ground.

Censorship resistance

There is no way to censor any content once it is become published by Human Rights Observer! After publication all article, report and media becomes uncensorable and permenent!
